143/02 The Council considered the following planning application.
02/00613/FUL: Detached house and garage; Land adjacent Rostherne, Common
Lane, Betley.
RESOLVED that
the Council stands by its earlier comments concerning the development of this
plot and requests the Borough Council to ascertain if the revised application
meets the Council’s earlier concerns.

144/02 The Council considered the
following planning application.
02/00623/FUL: Alterations and extensions; The Spinney, Bow Hill Lane,
Betley.
RESOLVED that the Council
had no objections to this application.
145/02 The Council considered the following planning
applications.

02/00651/FUL:
Removal and relocation of telephone kiosk; Telephone kiosk outside former Black
Horse Inn, Main Road, Betley.
b) 02/00652/LBC: Removal and relocation of
telephone kiosk; Telephone kiosk outside former Black Horse Inn, Main Road,
Betley.
RESOLVED that
the Council had already approved the move of the telephone kiosk to a location
on the Village Green but not to the site shown on the plan; the Council would
wish for the kiosk to be located parallel with the roadside end of the wall
that is the division between the Green and ‘The Steppes’. The Council is of the understanding that
this location had been previously agreed with BT.
146/02 The Council considered the following planning
application.
02/00657/OUT: Land rear – Erection of two dwellings; Former Butcher’s
Shop and former Art Dealer, Main Road, Betley.
RESOLVED that
the Council had no objection to this outline planning application.
147/02 The Council considered the following planning
application.
02/00675/FUL: Conversion of redundant buildings to two dwellings with
allocated commercial use; Shortfields Farm, Nantwich Road, Audley.
(This property lies on the parish boundary and is also being considered
by Audley PC.)
RSEOLVED that
the Council had no observations to make on this application.
148/02 The Council considered the following planning
application.
02/00660/FUL: Conversion of barn
to residential, external alterations and detached three car garage: Ravens
Court House, Ravenshall, Betley.
RESOLVED that the Council
had no objections to this application.
