81/02   The Council considered the following planning application.

02/00260/FUL: Detached garage and conversion of existing garages to living accommodation; Shuffers Wood, Ravenshall, Betley.

            RESOLVED that the Council had no objections to this application.

 

82/02   The Council considered the letter from Trevor Carter (copy in minute book) concerning the Council’s objections to the Local Plan.

            RESOLVED that:

(a)   to defer the decision as to whether or not to withdraw the objections by the Council until Councillors have had sight of a larger scale map than that enclosed with the deposit draft, the matter would be considered at the meeting scheduled for 23 May,

(b)   to seek clarification from Trevor Carter re his reference to point (c).
