St. Margaret’s Church

 Betley

                 St. Margaret’s Parish Church, a Grade One listed building, has served the villages of Betley and Wrinehill and surrounding countryside for over 700 years. It is open daily and  provides various opportunities for worship and prayer on Sundays (see below) and mid-week.  There are also thriving church based activities like Bellringing, Choir, Girls’ Club, Sunday School, Childrens Corner, Christian Fellowship all of which welcome new faces. 

                St. Margaret’s Reading Room, in the village centre is open to everyone for company, refreshment and internet access on Mon, Thurs. and Sat. a.m. and Thurs. p.m. for more details see below.

 Sunday Services 

                8.00 a.m. Holy Communion (fortnightly)

                9.30 a.m. Sung Holy Communion or Family Worship - followed by coffee

                6.30 p.m. (6.00 p.m. Nov - March) Evensong or Holy Communion

Sunday School  for 7 - 12  yr olds of all denominations meets most Sundays at 9.30 a.m
